Mobiflex® 100-NF
Mobiflex® 100-NF image
Portable Welding Exhaust System

The Mobiflex® 100-NF is a portable and lightweight welding fume exhaust unit (no filtration). It is ideal for construction or shop welding applications in tight spaces or where high volume, low cost environmental solutions are required.

The Mobiflex® 100-NF comes standard with a carrying handle and sturdy base which makes it easy to move around the job site. Weighing only 37.5 lbs. (17 kg) this unit can go almost anywhere.

Mobiflex® 100-NF and other portable/mobile fume extraction systems.
The operation of welding fume control equipment is affected by various factors including proper use and positioning of the equipment, maintenance of the equipment and the specific welding procedure and application involved. Worker exposure level should be checked upon installation and periodically thereafter to be certain it is within applicable OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV limits.
SuperArc® L-59 MIG Wire
Robotic welding application image
Ideal for Robotic
Welding Applications

SuperArc® L-59 MIG wire is specifically designed to deliver the best results for automated welding applications.

L-59 MIG wire maintains the same quality users have come to recognize from the SuperArc® product line: optimal arc performance, feedability, consistency, and extended contact tip life.

Features like improved arc deoxidizing and wetting action and engineered chemical composition are what set L-59 apart from other SuperArc® wires. The new deoxidizing arc tolerates higher amounts of surface contaminants and minimizes pre-weld surface preparation. Engineered chemical composition enhances silicon island management for reduced post weld clean up.

These new and enhanced features make SuperArc® L-59 ideal for automated welding solutions, single and multiple-pass welds and for use in the automotive, structural, pipeline, offshore, and general and heavy fabrication industries.

How I Did It - 1: Building Tuesday's Child
From: Wayne Wardle
Tuesday's Child image

My wife and I built a 42 ft. long sail boat out of steel. It took four years from start to launch. A brass band even helped us with the launch!

We used a Lincoln SP-175 wire feeder welder (current model is POWER MIG® 180C), a tri-mix gas, and many spools of .045 diameter solid MIG wire.

Using the Lincoln SP-175 MIG machine with its new technology was far different than the old wire machines that I was used to. I would put roll after roll of wire into this machine and it would not break down; I could hardly believe how consistent the welds were. It was so easy to use that I was able to teach my wife to weld.

I just bought an Invertec® V155-S TIG Ready-Pak® and have not had much of a chance to use it, although I did test it out and it seems to weld very smoothly. I have great hopes for this little machine.

How I Did It - 2: Big Block Pinto
From: Roland Fournier

Big Block Pinto image Roland is building a Big Block Pinto in his home shop. He is using his Lincoln Square Wave TIG 255 TIG welder (current model is Precision TIG® 275) and Lincoln SP-135T wire feeder welder (current model is
SP-140T) on the project.

Both welders played a critical role in fabricating the exhaust headers for the car since these parts are commercially unavailable. Roland says, "I love my Lincoln welding machines!"
